Listing Title Issue Thailand
2Issue A client from Thailand faced a listing title issue in the USA marketplace, where their product title was flagged for non-compliance with Amazon’s title guidelines, resulting in suppressed visibility or removal of the listing.
Solutions
I identified the root cause of the issue as a non-compliant product title that exceeded Amazon’s character limit and included prohibited elements. Specifically, the title contained promotional phrases, unnecessary special characters, and irrelevant keywords. As a result, the listing triggered Amazon policy violations and lost visibility in search results.
To resolve this, I performed a detailed Amazon listing optimization process focused on title correction. First, I removed all restricted content and ensured the title fully complied with Amazon title guidelines. Next, I rewrote the title using high-ranking, relevant Amazon SEO keywords while keeping it clear, concise, and customer-focused.
In addition, I structured the title to improve both readability and indexing. For example, I prioritized primary keywords at the beginning and eliminated keyword stuffing. Consequently, the updated title aligned with Amazon’s A9 algorithm, which improved search relevance and ranking potential.
After implementing these changes, I updated the listing in Amazon Seller Central and submitted it for review. Meanwhile, I conducted a quick compliance check to ensure the listing met all current Amazon marketplace policies.
As a result, the corrected title was approved successfully. The Amazon product listing reinstatement was completed, and the listing regained full visibility in the Amazon USA marketplace. Furthermore, keyword indexing improved, organic traffic increased, and the product began ranking again for its target search terms.
