26Issue  A client encountered a content issue on Amazon’s Saudi marketplace, where their product listing was flagged for non-compliance due to language and cultural discrepancies.

Solutions

I identified the root cause of the issue as improper language usage and product content that was not aligned with Saudi marketplace standards and cultural expectations. The listing lacked appropriate localization, which affected both compliance with Amazon policies and relevance for the target audience in the Saudi market. To resolve this, I performed a full localization and optimization of the listing specifically for Amazon Saudi Arabia. I revised the product title, bullet points, and product description to ensure they were written in accurate, market-appropriate language that aligned with local cultural norms and customer expectations. I also optimized the content with region-specific, high-intent keywords to improve search visibility and relevance. In addition, I carefully reviewed Amazon’s marketplace guidelines for the Saudi region to ensure full compliance, including language tone, content structure, and policy requirements. I eliminated any phrasing that could be considered culturally inappropriate or non-compliant, replacing it with customer-focused, localized messaging that enhanced trust and engagement. After completing all corrections and optimizations, I resubmitted the updated listing. The product was successfully reinstated with improved indexing, stronger visibility in Saudi search results, and better customer engagement. This ultimately led to enhanced organic traffic and increased sales performance in the Saudi marketplace.
