27Issue A client’s Amazon product listings were underperforming due to poor visibility and low conversion rates, resulting from ineffective optimization.
Solutions
I identified the root cause of the issue as insufficient keyword targeting, weak and non-optimized product titles, and low-quality product images that were not effectively communicating product value or attracting customer attention. These factors were negatively impacting the listings’ search visibility, click-through rates, and overall conversion performance on Amazon.
To resolve this, I conducted comprehensive keyword research using high-search-volume and buyer-intent keywords relevant to the product niche. I strategically integrated these keywords into the product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and product descriptions to strengthen SEO performance and improve organic ranking within Amazon’s algorithm.
I also restructured the product titles to make them more compelling, keyword-rich, and conversion-focused while maintaining Amazon’s formatting guidelines. The bullet points were enhanced to clearly highlight key features, benefits, and use cases, making the listing more persuasive and customer-friendly.
In addition, I significantly improved the product images by enhancing visual clarity, adding informative infographics, and optimizing lifestyle visuals to better demonstrate product usage and value. This helped increase customer trust and engagement.
As a result of these optimizations, the listings achieved improved search rankings, higher visibility in relevant search results, increased click-through rates, and stronger conversion rates, ultimately driving better sales performance for the client.
