Solutions

I identified the root cause as missing product details, incomplete backend attributes, and misconfigured listing data that were violating Amazon’s catalog and listing policies, resulting in reduced visibility, indexing issues, and suppressed sales performance. To resolve this issue, I carried out a comprehensive listing audit to identify all gaps in product information, including incomplete specifications, missing attribute fields, and inconsistencies between frontend content and backend catalog data. This also included reviewing compliance issues related to Amazon’s structured listing requirements. Next, I systematically updated and corrected all missing product details, ensuring that essential attributes such as product specifications, dimensions, materials, variations, and category-specific fields were fully completed and accurately represented. I aligned all data with Amazon’s listing standards to eliminate policy violations and improve catalog integrity. I also corrected misconfigured backend attributes and listing structure, ensuring proper category alignment, accurate variation setup (if applicable), and consistency between SKU, ASIN, and product data. Additionally, I optimized the listing content with clear, structured, and customer-focused information to improve readability and search relevance. Furthermore, I ensured full compliance with Amazon listing guidelines and policy requirements, reducing the risk of future suppression and improving overall account health. SEO-friendly keywords were also refined to enhance organic discoverability. As a result, the listing was successfully corrected and reinstated, leading to improved product visibility, better search indexing, increased customer engagement, and restored sales performance, allowing the client to resume stable and consistent revenue generation on Amazon.
