I identified the root cause as unresolved Amazon policy violations, poor order fulfillment performance, and increasing negative customer feedback, all of which negatively impacted the account health and risked potential suspension. Key issues included late shipments, order defect rate concerns, and failure to fully comply with Amazon’s performance and customer service standards.
To resolve the issue, I conducted a comprehensive account health audit to identify all underlying performance gaps. I addressed fulfillment-related problems by improving shipping processes, correcting order handling workflows, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s delivery timelines and service requirements.
