Account Verification Issue | Saudi Arabia
77Issue A client encountered an account verification issue in the Saudi Arabia marketplace, where their Amazon seller account was flagged due to missing or incorrect verification documents, preventing them from listing products or accessing certain account features.
Solutions
The account suspension was traced back to a critical failure in the Amazon Identity Verification (SIV) process, specifically involving incomplete or mismatched documentation. Upon a granular audit of the initial submission, I identified discrepancies in the Proof of Address and Business Registration documents that failed to align with the legal entity data stored in Seller Central. I strategically guided the client through the rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, ensuring that all utility bills, bank statements, and government-issued filings were not only authentic but also perfectly matched the account’s metadata in terms of formatting and nomenclature.
Following the precise resubmission of these verified credentials, the account successfully bypassed the Seller Identity Verification roadblocks and was fully reinstated. This intervention restored the client’s Account Health and prevented a permanent deactivation of selling privileges. By implementing a standardized documentation framework, I ensured long-term regulatory compliance and streamlined the verification pipeline, allowing the brand to resume operations without further disruption to their global marketplace presence.
