Solutions
I identified the root cause of the issue as errors in the submitted documentation along with missing critical information during Amazon’s account verification and onboarding process. These inconsistencies were preventing successful account approval and delaying activation of the seller account.
To resolve this, I conducted a detailed review of Amazon’s account setup and verification requirements, carefully analyzing where the documentation gaps and inaccuracies existed. I corrected all erroneous information, ensured consistency across submitted identity and business details, and completed all missing fields required for verification.
I also guided the client step-by-step through the proper submission process, ensuring that each document—such as identity proof, business registration details, bank account information, and tax-related data—was correctly formatted, valid, and fully aligned with Amazon Seller Central standards.
After thoroughly correcting and resubmitting the complete application, I successfully resolved the verification issues and activated the Amazon seller account. This enabled the client to officially begin their Amazon selling journey without further delays.
As a result, the account was fully approved, properly verified, and ready for listing creation, allowing the client to start operations with a compliant and stable foundation.
