Solutions
I identified the root cause as unresolved Amazon policy warnings, late shipment rate issues, order defect rate fluctuations, and negative customer feedback, which were collectively impacting the account health score and increasing the risk of suspension.
To resolve these issues, I first performed a full Account Health Assessment in Amazon Seller Central, carefully reviewing performance notifications, policy violation alerts, and customer order metrics. I then systematically addressed each policy warning by submitting detailed appeals with corrective actions and supporting documentation, ensuring full compliance with Amazon’s selling policies.
Simultaneously, I optimized operational performance by improving the order fulfillment workflow, reducing late shipment rates through better inventory planning, faster dispatch processes, and enhanced coordination with logistics partners. I also worked on reducing order defects by ensuring accurate product listings, improved packaging standards, and proactive issue prevention.
In addition, I implemented a customer feedback management strategy, responding promptly to negative reviews, resolving buyer concerns professionally, and initiating product/service improvements based on customer insights. This helped improve overall customer satisfaction and strengthened account performance metrics.
As a result, all critical account health metrics were stabilized, policy warnings were successfully resolved, and the account was restored to good standing status on Amazon. This not only safeguarded the client’s business from potential suspension but also improved long-term account stability, trust score, and selling performance.
