I identified the root cause as incomplete product information, incorrect category selection, and misaligned listing attributes, which were affecting product discoverability, indexing, and overall performance in the Amazon USA marketplace.
To resolve this issue, I conducted a thorough listing audit to evaluate product content accuracy, category placement, and compliance with Amazon’s US marketplace guidelines. I identified missing essential details such as full product specifications, optimized keywords, and properly structured attribute data, along with an incorrect category assignment that was limiting search relevance.
