Consequently, the client was unable to access essential tools like A+ Content, Brand Stores, and advanced intellectual property protection. To resolve this, I conducted a thorough audit of the brand's standing to identify the exact discrepancies between their filing and Amazon's registry portal. Moving forward, I guided the client through the process of ensuring their trademark was properly registered and active with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This involved verifying that the trademark type—whether a standard character mark or a stylized design—matched the brand name displayed on the product packaging exactly.
