The details matter

A considered brief. A clearer result.

01

A story without focus

Give shoppers a clear introduction to the brand. Choose the origins, values and products that matter instead of filling every card with unrelated copy.

02

Cards that compete

Use a connected visual sequence with readable headlines and breathing room. Check how background artwork and story cards work together.

03

A disconnected product range

Plan the relationship between the brand narrative and featured products so shoppers can understand the range without losing the story.

From brief to handover

Create it together.

Agree the direction first. Review the creative. Know what you will receive.

  1. 01

    Understand the brand

Share your product range, existing assets and the questions shoppers ask. We agree the audience, scope and creative brief.

  2. 02

    Plan the content

We map the message and layout before design, with a clear purpose for each image, module or store page.

  3. 03

    Design and review

Review the first concepts, then refine the copy, imagery and details together. Revision scope is agreed in your quote.

  4. 04

    Prepare the handover

Receive the approved exports and usage notes. If implementation is included, we check the desktop and mobile previews with you.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

How is Brand Story different from A+ Content?

Brand Story introduces the wider brand and product range. A+ Content explains an individual product in more detail. We plan them together when both are included, while checking the modules available in your account.

What do you need to get started?

Your product information, logo, existing brand assets and usable product photos. Share your ASINs and marketplace too. We identify missing assets and agree any photography or copywriting work before quoting.

How much does the design work cost?

We quote after reviewing the number of products, pages or modules, the assets available and the implementation scope. Deliverables, revision rounds and payment terms are confirmed before work starts.

Can you work with our existing brand?

Yes. We can follow your established colours, typography and tone, or agree a new visual direction with you. Existing creative is reviewed before we propose changes.
