Listing Images & A+ Content

Three places sellers get stuck
These issues can delay progress for days or weeks. We diagnose them early and handle the right route.
Buyer questions unanswered
Attractive images can still leave size, compatibility and included items unclear. Build the image brief around what shoppers need to understand.
Small-screen details lost
Dense infographics and tiny text are hard to read on a phone. Check each image and A+ module at the size a shopper will actually see.
Claims without support
Images and copy should match the actual product. Check measurements, materials and benefit claims against the product information before publication.

A four-step process, no surprises
Our service-specific process, from reviewing the scope to delivery and follow-up. The steps below describe the work for listing images & a+ content.
Competitor Analysis
We review the top 10 listings in your category. What are buyers asking in the Q&A section? What are negative reviews complaining about? This tells us what your images need to address.
Image Brief
We create a detailed brief for each image with the purpose of that image, the buyer question it answers, and the key message. You approve the brief before design starts.
Design & Revision
We produce all images and A+ Content modules. You get two rounds of revisions included. We can incorporate your product photos or arrange photography separately.
Upload & Check
We upload all images to your listing and confirm they display correctly. Amazon sometimes rejects images for technical reasons. We handle resubmissions until everything is live.
Results we've delivered
We design for conversion, not aesthetics. A beautiful image that does not answer buyer questions does not sell products. We start every project by looking at the top 3 competitors in your category, identifying what questions their images leave unanswered, and making sure yours answer them.
All 3 A+ Content modules approved on resubmission. Conversion rate improvement of 9% observed.

Before you ask
Not necessarily. We can arrange product photography separately if you need it. You ship samples to the photographer. If you already have good product photos, we can work with those and focus our time on infographics and A+ Content.
Standard Amazon listings allow 7 main images plus A+ Content below the fold. We typically produce 7 images including main image, 2 to 3 infographics, a lifestyle shot, and a comparison or size reference image.
Better images increase conversion rate. If your traffic stays the same and conversion goes up, sales go up. We have seen conversions improve from 8 percent to 14 percent after an image refresh on the same product. That said, if your listing has a ranking problem rather than a conversion problem, images alone will not fix it.
