Resolve Reimbursement & Disbursement Issues
Two separate problems. FBA reimbursements are money Amazon owes you for lost or damaged inventory. Disbursement holds are when Amazon freezes your account balance and refuses to pay out funds already sitting in your account. Reimbursement claims are routine an...
Three places sellers get stuck
These issues can delay progress for days or weeks. We diagnose them early and handle the right route.
Wrong appeal angle
Generic appeals usually fail because they do not address Amazon’s actual root cause.
Missing evidence
Amazon often needs invoices, compliance proof, business records, or operational documentation.
Account health risk
Delays can affect funds, listings, account health, and long-term selling ability.

A four-step process, no surprises
Situation Assessment
We determine what type of issue you have. FBA reimbursement audit is different from a disbursement hold response. We assess before advising.
Reimbursement Audit
For FBA reimbursements, we audit 18 months of shipment data and identify every discrepancy between units shipped and units received, plus lost and damaged inventory reports.
Claim Submission
We file all valid reimbursement claims through the correct Seller Central pathways. For disbursement holds, we respond to the specific Amazon request with required documentation.
Resolution Follow-up
We monitor claim status and follow up on any that Amazon does not process within their stated timeframe. Some claims require a Seller Support case rather than the automated system.
Results we've delivered
We have had disbursement holds resolved in 48 hours for clients who had been waiting 3 weeks. The key is knowing what Amazon actually needs to release the hold and submitting it correctly the first time rather than sending generic responses to their template emails.
A separate listing-removal case resolved same-day — 122 FBA units protected, zero policy strikes.

A standard disbursement reserve is normal for new accounts, usually 25 percent held for 7 days to cover returns. A full account fund hold is not normal and usually indicates an account health issue or verification request. We identify which you have and respond appropriately.
Amazon's claim window is 18 months from the shipment date. After that, claims are rejected automatically. If you have never audited your FBA reimbursements, you likely have unclaimed money that expires in 18 months from each shipment.
No. Reimbursement claims are a legitimate right under your seller agreement. Amazon owes you these funds contractually. Claiming them does not flag your account.
